The company has undertaken large and complex projects to supply control panels. In this supply of control panel involving quality engineering skill as well as state of the art technology to provide efficient & accurate distribution of electricity. We are also able to deliver a panel on time delivery record. Our priority is to satisfy all our customer’s requirements promptly & efficiently.


Switchboards are fabricated from CRCA sheet steel with load bearing members and doors of 2mm thick and partitions of 1.6mm thick, gland plates with 3mm thick sheet steel are used or as per consultant’s specification.
Switchboards are totally enclosed with complete dust and vermin proof using neoprene gasket, Degree of protection IP52 as per ISO: 2147.

Feeders and cable alley are provided with removable & swing doors with concealed type hinges to maintain proper line and ease of operation.

The outgoing functional unit such as circuit breaker/ starters/ MCCB is arranged in multitier formation.
Panels are suitable for specified climatic & site condition. Covers and knockout holes of adequate sizes with rubber grommet are provided in the proper location for wire entry connection. Panels shall be made of requisite vertical sections which when coupled together shall form continuous dead front switchboard.

1. Fabrication:
i. We use the shearing machine, bending machine for sheet metal processing. All CRCA steel sheets undergo the process for cutting & bending through these machines.
ii. Argon /CO2 welding machine is used for quality welded joints.
iii. All holes & meter cutouts done by punching press die.
iv. Stage inspection is done to ascertain the accuracy of fabrication. Strict adherence to quality control supervision is done in every stage of fabrication.

2. Painting:
i. All sheet steel work used in the construction of panel is thoroughly cleaned to remove all rust, scales grease & other foreign matters.
ii. This metal treatment done by the 9-tank process as per IS 3618. The process of alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid, cold rinsing.
iii. Metal treatment is followed by electrostatic powder coating, thickness not less than 50 microns. The paint shade for panel inside/outside shall be RAL-7032.
iv. The panel baked in Oven after powder coating at the temperature of 160-240 deg. For half an hour. The Oven baking provides the function of drying, curing more adhesiveness. Powder coating prevents the panel from rusting & aesthetic in appearance with the long-lasting durability of the product.

3. Assembly:
i. Powder coating structure assembled in the assembly shop. Gasketing of doors are done through self-adhesive neoprene gaskets to ensure dust & vermin proof.
ii. Aluminum or Copper bus bar as per approved drawings is processed through machines.
iii. Flawless accurate cuttings by cutting machine, Punching of the bus bar by punching machine, bending with hydraulic type bus bar bending machine,
iv. Epoxy SMC insulators are used to assemble the bus bars in panel after heat shrinkable sleeve done by heat gun.
v. Is make stranded flexible copper wire are used for power & control wiring with the proper ferrule. Wires are properly tied and dressed through proper PVC channels.
vi. Switchgear, meters, indicating lamps etc mounted inside the compartments/on doors. Power wires are terminated in cable chambers through properly rated terminals.
vii. Completed panels are tested in the factory as per IS 2147 norms for the routine test.

4. Testing:
Following a routine test carried out,
i. Megger test(before & after HV test)
ii. H.V. test 2.5KV for 1 minute.
iii. Operational test by providing supply.
iv. Physical measurement & check as per the approved drawings.
v. Meter setting and programming.
